This community site was built to promote a healthy lifestyle. In today’s fast paced world with 12 hour work days & pre-packed processed foods, this can be extremely difficult to maintain. We completely understand. We promote a healthy diet but there may be times that we just can’t do it. Too many things going on to make a scratch cooked nutritious meal. For those times we’ll offer a nutritional supplement made from the best whole foods. These supplements are under development but will be release very soon under the brand Nutristicks. Your points will accumulate for your activity here on the community site. Rate someone’s blog, share a forum post or post a blog of your own, etc. Each activity accumulates points. Once the development is further along we’ll allow you to cash in points for the supplement samples. We’ll offer polls & surveys on the supplements (which will earn points) and your feedback will allow us to tweak the formulas.
